BKC Code of Conduct
1. Punctuality & Regularity in attendance, an earnest effort in home-work assignments &
gentlemanly behave in & outside the school premises are always insisted on, And in all
these matters, parents co-operation is expected at all times.
2. Parents are requested to submit the fees in between 1 to 10 of every month.
3. Students should arrive at school 5 minutes before the ringing of first bell. Once the
gates are closed, students shall not be allowed to enter into school.
4. School Uniform is compulsory on all school days & at all school days & at all school
functions. Students should wear the prescribed uniform in exact shades & pattern,
failing which the students may be ask to go back at home under intimation to parents.
5. In all cases of leave of absence, prior permission from PRINCIPAL should be
obtained, expecting cases of unforeseen circumstances, for which authenticated reason
should be furnished by the parents/guardian. However granting of leave is entirely up to
the discretion of the Principal.
6. Students should bring the test books, Note books & other necessary Article as per
the Days’ Time Table. Name & class of the student should be written on all their
respective belongings.
7. Absentees at an examination will be considered as having failed unless it is
established that their absence was due to some valid reason.
8. Students are not allowed to leave the school premises without getting a note from the
class teacher, which must be countersigned by principal.
9. The school will not be held responsible for goods lost. Therefore it is not advisable to
bring valuable articles like mobile phones, expensive watches, Ornaments, any other
fader too much money.
10. Students are strictly forbidden to bring some objectionable material/literature to
school and the school reserves the right to carry out an inspection anytime. Strict action
will be taken against those students who were found doing so.
11. Students will not be allowed to meet parents/visitors during School hours without the
permission from Principal.
12. Students are not allowed to use school telephone nor will they be allowed to take
any phone calls excepting emergency only the number authorized by the class teacher
in writing.
13. Students should take particular care not to litter the school threshold.
14. Students are answerable to the school for their conduct in & outside the school.
Hence misbehaviour in public places & conveyance justifies dismissal. Irregular
attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience. Objectionable unethical behavior & above
all discourtesy & disrespect to the teachers are each sufficient cause for dismissal.
15. Writing of scribbling on the walls or causing damage to school/property of other in
any form will be treated as a breach of discipline. Stringent Disciplinary measures will
be taken against such offenders. The parents will have to bear the expenses of
damaged property.
16. Students suffering from the infectious/contagious diseases shall under no
circumstances be permitted to attend the school until, complete recovery, supported by
a medical fitness certificate.
17. Shouting, whistling & obnoxious behavior are strictly disallowed, Bullying & using
foul language will be treated as acts of violating the decorum.
18. Firing crackers & splashing colour in the school premises is a gross misconduct
indulgence in these will result in explosion from the school.
19. On their way to & from the school, students must remember that the school is
judges by their misconduct. They should greet the teachers of the school when they
meet them it being understood of course that teachers return their pupil’s greeting. Thus
every pupil is used to contribute to high tone of the school by his manners &
department.
20. Celebration of birthday parties in school is not permitted at all.
21. Conveyance- Those who wish to avail of the school conveyance will have to pay for
it separately. School conveyance once opted will be compulsory for the session. The
conveyance has their definite routes & stops. Pupil desire to come by own vehicle, this
is allowed only on written permission by the school authorities subject to valid driving
license & under taking by parents. Note: Breach of school rules/norms/misbehavior will
be seriously viewed & recorded. Cause of recurrence of such acts of indiscipline of
more serious nature will lead to suspension. In spite of it, if a student doesn’t take to
correction & indulges in repeated in discipline he/she is liable to be withdrawn/
dismissed from the school.
