Blooming Kids Convent works with a policy to minimize the burden of homework to all bloomians & provide them healthy environment for growth. First priority is always been given to, whether students are getting the conception behind the chapter instead of making rush in completing the syllabus. The teaching methodology adopted is not merely focusing on subjects but always allowing the students to become innovative and pioneer. Teachers are allowed to use some tricks to convert complex subjects into a play of child. All the bloomians are treated by teachers in a same way. We believs that teachers who are not only teaching bloomians how to study but also should instilled various important good traits in them and never let the grass to grow under their feet. They always encourage filled strength to accomplish & achieve bloomians dreams & desire. We believes Junior Session & Kids Session teachers plays a pivotal role not only in making the foundation of the students but also instilling the good behavior in them. They act & work as a backbone of every student in clearing their doubts & hesitation, teaching to be in discipline all the time. Teachers always utilize the spare time in making their students to learn the importance of etiquettes & morals in life. Teachers always try to infuse the mannerism in students so that at the end of the day they become good human being. We believes that to improve the small kids the best key is to behave like a kid so that there will be more strings attached between student & teacher like teacher should be firstly a very good friend of them when she used to play around with them. She used to take care of small things also to make her students to have a habit of being in a discipline. Apart from the study she also takes care that her students should participate widely in extracurricular activities. All the students are like blank Cassette whatever you fills they will respond the same. So we always try to instil good habits & etiquettes in them.
